Practical Hubs
Hands-on assessment at approved studs and larger polo establishments.
Practical assessment is marked by Society-appointed assessors, never by the host's own staff.

Targets assume cohorts of 8 (pilot), 10 (regional) and 12 (national) learners, three cohorts per hub per year, and three programme staff per hub.
Certificate periods begin with the first recorded issue date. Annual actuals cover the year ending at each horizon; cumulative actuals cover the period up to that horizon. Valid certificates count as issued; revoked certificates are excluded. Approved hosts are the current directory count.
