Privacy Notice

The Society processes personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Member names, organisation, contact details and records of horses owned or bred. Horse records are kept for the life of the horse.

Only horse name, register, grade, status, year of birth, registration number, UELN and the last four digits of the microchip are published. Owner names, addresses, phone numbers and emails are never published.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to the Society's duty to keep the permanent horse record.
