The Society has its own independent Board. The same rules and inspections apply to every member, including founders, Board members and sponsors. The registry moves to an elected board once membership opens.

Independence
No Commercial Interest
The founders' breeding venture is a member like any other and has no role in Society decisions. It is separate from the Society and the Studbook. Neither body owns stock, promotes or sells any member's horses, or takes a commercial interest in any horse.
